Matt really pulled off Halloween this year. I was still mostly in bed. It started to downpour within the first four houses of trick or treating. Sam fell asleep at 5:30 and missed it all together. The girls were soaked and didn't want my cold so they changed out of the costumes and into sweats. Pretty sure it is illegal to trick or treat without a costume. Matt is so great to fill in the gaps. He was more than happy to take the kids to Costco. Free Samples and people to visit with are right up his alley. I am so grateful to have such an amazing teammate that will step it up when I can't. The only thing I contributed this year was getting the kids presentable and dinner. He did the rest, picture taking, trick or treating, and bed time. This years costumes were totally to my benefit. Molli recycled the hippie, Meg borrowed A's dance costume and Sam borrowed R and A's alligator/dino duds.
Off to Barton Creek for some indoor treats with Gigi and cousins.
We also missed a fun tradition that started nine years ago. Sorry, guys we just couldn't pull it off in 2010.

How cute are these two? Seriously, we adore you all so much. FYI...R this picture is the only reason Sam agreed to the alligator/dino costume instead of the giraffe costume he thought I was hiding somewhere.

Heather We do all love Matt he is great!! Cute kids. This halloween was weird. Glad we got to go to luch I loved it. PS I already talked with Sally so get ready. Hope your better
