Today I heard a fantastic lady tell about a game she plays with her family. One player will say "Tell me a story about....fill in the blank with anything." Then the other player precedes to create a story about that subject. I am very excited to start this with my family. A fun way to interact with each family member of any age. Certainly, some fantastic stories are to come from this game. At best, I am hoping to create some teaching moments that stick. Here is a story about courage, kindness, and love.
This story made me reflect on what kind of person I am and what I need to get better at. I was sad to say good-bye to these ladies.
