Sugar & Snow = JOY.

This morning was like the scene from "The Great Gatsby" when Daisy is tossing through Gatsby's shirts. (My favorite scene.) The girls needed snow clothes and the hanging clothes in the closet were not going to get in the way. Miss Meg loves snow. Not in the way that I love snow, which, is behind a window wearing warm clothes and appreciating the beauty of the falling white fluff. She loves snow in the way that you can roll and rub your face in it. It made my heart so happy to watch her be the first to race down all the slides at school. As snow makes for a FASTER slide she belly flopped onto the ground, rubbed her face in the snow smiling from ear to ear. I am still laughing thinking about it.

The little joys of my life come unexpectedly.
Like when I saw my Sugarbug with her face in a bowl full of pixie stick sugar.

I suppose this is very funny to me as this is the same gal who dropped to her knees and cried,
"My body NEEDS chocolate."

Today's High: The reminder that it is the simplicity of life that can bring the most JOY.
