Letting Go...

Letting go #1:

The notion that I will get back to our blog and play catch up of the past 18 months. Seriously, where did the time go? I am certain the Pioneer Day post was just a minute ago.

Letting go #2:

That my kids will stay small forever. I have been hit with the reality that they are growing up. In the past little bit, Meg reached the milestone of baptism. She also got her ears pierced. Then I finally lost a nine month battle over Molli's hair. She cut off 11 inches last week and I am embarrassed to say that I actually shed a few tears over the event. OK, A LOT of tears. I have adjusted to her new do and celebrate in her choice. Sam is spending most of his day cracking us up. He walks around saying, knock, knock....knock, knock then slaps his leg and laughs. Hasn't quite figured out the rest of the joke.

Letting go #3:

That I am not the house keeper that I thought I would be. I always thought my house would be as clean as my grandma Call's. I keep reminding myself that she had Marta to help out and I have three little kiddos and a husband that works from home to help me out. Not really the same thing.

This is my update. I hope to get back here soon.

Did she donate her hair when you cut it? That is a ton of hair.

My kids have been telling me how cute Molli's haircut looks. I completely agree!

There will be a lot of "letting go's" and I will tell you that they are all hard! : )

I can't believe you cut that beautiful hair off. Of course, she still is adorable.

We have a second little guy in our family that is almost 18 months that I don't think you have met :) Love the updates, your children truly are beautiful.
