Our Easter Weekend!

OK so the week came and went. I am now just getting around to posting some of our favorite parts of the the Easter Weekend. This is one of my favorite holidays so it is a long post. Coloring eggs with my family is always one of my favorite parts! Sam is the happiest baby and so good to cheer on his sisters.

The Easter Bunny arrives on Saturday at the Murri home. I love this picture of Molli. She is showing us what her green alien guy looks like.

Easter Egg Hunts were plentiful this year!

By the look of this picture we must have packed in too much fun the day before. I blame it mostly on morning church. I have resolved that some years provide great Easter pictures and some don't. This year was on off year. Seriously, you would have thought we could have remembered to take off the bib. On Saturday night my very favorite part of the weekend came. When I was putting the kids to bed we talked about how much fun we had during the day. Now that we had celebrated with the Easter Bunny it was time to focus on the real reason for Easter. We read a new Easter book called, In the Garden by Caralyn Buehner. It was a tender moment for our family as we ushered in Easter Sunday. I am so very grateful for the knowledge of this gospel and how it blesses my family's lives. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16
